What you should expect.
A clear path from idea to live.
This process works for most of what we ship. It's been refined across dozens of projects and revised every time something didn't work.
What makes it different
- Fixed scope per phase — no creeping billables
- Weekly sync calls with the people who build
- Preview checkpoints before every milestone
- Post-launch support included — 30 days minimum
Brief & Discovery
A focused conversation (video or async) to understand the problem, the audience, and what "done" looks like. We come back with a one-page brief you approve before a single line of code is written.
Capsule & Scope
We break the work into modular capsules — branding, web app, mobile app, AI layer — each with a fixed scope, timeline, and cost. Pick what you need. Nothing gets built you didn't approve.
Design Sprint
Two weeks of focused design: wireframes, visual system, interaction model. You get a Figma prototype to walk through before development starts. One round of structural revision included.
Build & Review
Weekly builds with preview deployments. Every two weeks we pause for a checkpoint — you see the live thing, not a PDF. Feedback is incorporated before the next sprint starts.
Launch & Own
Production deploy, monitoring, handover docs. Then a 30-day support window where bugs are fixed and adjustments happen fast. After that, a maintenance plan if you want it.
Typical Timeline
What a standard engagement looks like.
| Phase | Duration | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | Week 1 | One-page brief, capsule map |
| Design | Weeks 2–3 | Figma prototype, visual system |
| Build | Weeks 4–8 | Live preview, bi-weekly checkpoints |
| Launch | Week 9 | Production deploy, docs, 30-day support |
Ready to start?
A 30-minute call is enough. We'll understand the brief and reply with a scoped proposal.
