Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Most of our collaboration is async by default (Loom, Notion, Figma, Slack), so timezone rarely matters. We've shipped projects with teams in the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Australia.
What's the smallest project you'll take on?
A single branding capsule or a focused landing page can work. We don't take on logo-only requests or one-off tweaks — the minimum engagement is one capsule.
Pricing & timeline
How is pricing structured?
Per capsule, fixed scope. You'll see the full cost before any work starts. We can also work on retainer for ongoing engagements. We don't bill by the hour — that creates the wrong incentives.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused landing page: 2–3 weeks. A branding capsule: 3–4 weeks. A web application or mobile app MVP: 6–10 weeks. Full brand + product builds: 12–20 weeks. We give you a date up front, and we hit it.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support — bug fixes, adjustments, and quick iterations. After that, you can move to a maintenance plan, engage us for new work, or take it in-house. The handover includes everything you need to own the work yourself.

How do we get a proposal?
Email hello@withindigital.in or use the contact form. Tell us what you're building. We'll reply within one working day with a one-page brief and an estimated cost. If it makes sense to talk, we'll book a 30-minute call.
Can I see work before committing?
The work page shows recent projects. For the design phase, you see a working Figma prototype before any code is written — no commitment to the full build until you've approved the direction.
What if my project requirements change mid-build?
We re-scope. If the change fits inside the existing capsule, we absorb it. If it's a new scope, we propose a new capsule with new timing and cost before starting. No surprise invoices.
Do you handle AI features?
Yes — that's a core capsule, not a premium add-on. LLM-powered features (chat, search, recommendations), workflow automation, and data pipelines are part of how we build.
